Do you offer local pickup?
YES! As long as you're not in a rush. :)
You can pick up at either of the following locations in Manitoba, Canada:
- Boomerang 360, 166 Hargrave St, Winnipegg
- our home studio near Grunthal, Manitoba
Use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP and let us know in the note where you would like to pick up. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us first so that we can let you know if we can make that happen for you.
Why is shipping within Canada so expensive?
We believe in being transparent when it comes to shipping costs, because free shipping isn't really a thing. Somebody is paying to ship the item, and shipping with Canada Post is really expensive.
We are now using a flat rate box, which costs the same to ship anywhere in Canada! So any orders under $75 ship for only $18, no matter how many items you order! If there is another carrier that is less expensive, we'll go with that option.
And if your order is more than $75 (after discounts), we pay for the shipping for you!
If you need your order by a certain date, always contact us first to see if we can make it happen.
We ship most orders with Canada Post, and we ship as quickly as we can (minimum 3 times/week).
We reserve the right to ship with another carrier in the case of a Canada Post strike, or if it works out to be less expensive.
Duty, customs, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
