What currency is your pricing?
All prices are shown in your local currency. So if you're in Canada, you're seeing Canadian Dollars, and if you're in the United States, you're seeing USD.
Do you offer local pickup?
YES! As long as you're not in a rush. :)
You can pick up at either of the following locations in Manitoba, Canada:
- Boomerang 360, 166 Hargrave St, Winnipeg
- our home studio near Grunthal, Manitoba
Use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and let us know in the note where you would like to pick up. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us first so that we can let you know if we can make that happen for you.
Speaking of coupon codes.... can I stack them?
Only if one of them is for local pickup (see above).
If you're trying to use 2 discount codes at the same time, it just won't work, so pick the one that saves you the most! :)
What about sales and discount codes? How do they work?
When we do run a sale, it's only for a limited time, and sale prices are not applicable to past or future orders. And because we love to put extra time and energy into custom orders, sale prices or discounts will never apply to custom.
If you have a discount code, you must enter it at checkout, because we can't apply the discount retroactively.
When will my order get to me?
- All orders are shipped with Canada Post and include tracking. You can choose your shipping method at checkout.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will use the most economical option, which may not be the fastest. If you'd like to upgrade, let us know!
- If you need your order by a certain date, always contact us first to see if we can make it happen.
- Please ensure that your address is correct! We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.
- If you haven't received your order after 28 business days, please contact us.
Do you do custom orders?
We love to work with you to create a customized item, just for you!
At this time, we are only accepting custom orders with text on them, no graphics or photos.
Occasionally we do receive questions regarding colours.
The technique we use is an ink transfer, and at this time we only use black ink.
So the colour options for our blocks are:
- Distressed Black (with the brown stain showing through the "hollow" text. The amount of distressing varies.)
- Whitewash (with black text). This is a white stain, which allows the wood grain to show.

Why is my payment showing in Canadian dollars?
We are a Canadian company, but we use a currency converter on our website so that you have an estimate of how much it will cost in USD. You will be charged in Canadian dollars though.
Why is shipping within Canada so expensive?
We believe in being transparent when it comes to shipping costs, because free shipping isn't really a thing. Somebody is paying to ship the item, and shipping with Canada Post is really expensive.
We are now using a flat rate box, which costs the same to ship anywhere in Canada! So any orders under $75 ship for only $18, no matter how many blocks you order!
And if your order is more than $75 (after discounts), we pay for the shipping for you!
