Do you offer local pickup?
YES! As long as you're not in a rush. :)
You can pick up at either of the following locations in Manitoba, Canada:

  • Little Tree Hugger Bath and Body Boutique, 776 Corydon Ave, Winnipeg 
  • our home near Grunthal, Manitoba

Use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP and let us know in the note where you would like to pick up. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us first so that we can let you know if we can make that happen for you.


When will my order get to me?

Well, that depends...
We are located in Canada. For our U.S. customers, this means that it may take a little longer than you are used to. This is because we send our packages across the border once a week with a transit company, so our lead time is always 1-2 weeks, plus the shipping time. 

**At this point in time, any orders placed by 6pm CST on Monday will arrive at the USPS office on Friday. These days are subject to change, and are to be used as a guideline. So if you place an order on Tuesday, chances are that it will only be shipped 10 days later.
**If you need your order by a certain date, always contact us first to see if we can make it happen.

We will ship with USPS First Class Mail Parcel whenever possible. Shipping will be the least expensive service available. 
Priority shipping does not come with a time guarantee, but it is generally faster than First Class. 

Because we use a third party site to print our USPS labels, it may take a day or 2 for your package to actually get to the USPS office. If you enter your tracking number and it doesn't work, this is why. 

Canadian orders will be shipped with Canada Post.

Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you would like your order insured or if you'd like to get it faster.

Do you do custom orders?
We love to work with you to create a customized item, just for you!
At this time, we are only accepting custom orders with text on them, no graphics or photos. 
Occasionally we do receive questions regarding colours. 
The technique we use is an ink transfer, and at this time we only use black ink. 
So the colour options for our blocks are: 

  • Distressed Black (with the brown stain showing through the "hollow" text. The amount of distressing varies.) 
  • Whitewash (with black text). This is a white stain, which allows the wood grain to show.

Why is my USPS tracking number not working?
We print our USPS shipping labels via a third party website, but as soon as they are printed, you may receive a message that the order has shipped, with a tracking number. 

BUT.... we print them 1-2 days before they actually arrive at the USPS office to be entered into the system, so please try again, if it hasn't been 2 days. Thanks!!


Why is my payment showing in Canadian dollars?
We are a Canadian company, but we use a currency converter on our website so that you have an estimate of how much it will cost in USD. You will be charged in Canadian dollars though. 


Why is shipping within Canada so expensive?
We believe in being transparent when it comes to shipping costs, because free shipping isn't really a thing. Somebody is paying to ship the item, and shipping with Canada Post is really expensive. We use calculated shipping on our website so that you pay shipping based on what you've ordered and your location.
The good news is that the price doesn't go up a whole lot if you order more blocks (so the shipping cost per item goes down the more items you order).
And if your order is more than $75 (after discounts), we pay for the shipping for you!
